General Terms and Conditions of Booking
For your information and guidance we have detailed below the General Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking unless we have advised otherwise in writing at the time of confirming your booking.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed from time to time at our sole discretion. 

General Terms and Conditions
1 Payments
Payment is best made by bank transfer direct to our account. Details of our account will be provided by email when you confirm you wish to make a booking.
2 Booking Deposit
A Booking Deposit of 30% of the full cost of the booking is payable to secure the booking. Payment of the Booking Deposit confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions. The Booking Deposit is non-refundable.
3 Payment of Balance
The balance of the booking charge is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. In the case of late bookings (less than 8 weeks notice) the full cost of the holiday is payable at the time of the booking.
4 Security Deposit A Security Deposit of £50.00 is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. In the case of late bookings (less than 8 weeks notice) the Security Deposit is payable at the time of the booking. The Security Deposit is held against the cost of repairing any damage to the apartment or replacing any broken items for which you are responsible. The security deposit will be refunded less the cost of any repairs or breakages following your departure.

5 Local Tourist Tax During your stay you are responsible for paying the Local Tourist Tax to the Tourist Authorities. This tax is currently charges at 7kn (Croatian Kuna) per person per day . Our local representative will collect this and register you with the local Tourist office in Supetar.

6 Bed linen
The bed linen will be changed on the day of your arrival and thereafter on a weekly basis until your departure. If you require extra blankets or pillows please contact our local representative who will arrange this.
7 Towels
One bath towel and one hand towel per person will be available on arrival. Thereafter fresh towels will be provided on a twice weekly basis. Guests are asked not to take towels out of the apartments.
8 Electricity and water
The cost of electricity and water is included in the price of the apartment.
9 Arrival and departure times
The apartment will be available for you to occupy from 2.00pm local time on the day of your arrival. The apartment must be vacated by no later than 10.00am local time on the day of your departure.
